BeepSweep is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We are based in the European Union and process personal data in line with the GDPR.

What we collect

• Account details you provide, such as your name, email and phone number.
• The content of returned calls so we can present them to you as text.
• Basic usage data to keep the service reliable and secure.

Why we use it

To provide the service, set up and support your account, keep you informed, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your calls to train AI.

Where your data lives

The app and storage run in the Netherlands (Amsterdam). For turning speech into text we use specialised services that partly run outside the EU, under European processing agreements.

Retention & security

How long messages are kept depends on your plan (30 days on Free, longer on paid plans); you can erase any message — or your whole account — at any time. Data is stored encrypted (AES-256) with access controls.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Your data is yours. To make a request, email support@beepsweep.com.
