Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your own number. You only turn on a call forward to BeepSweep. People who call you dial the same number as always.
How do I set it up?
You turn on a call forward to BeepSweep on your company number. That takes about two minutes. Then you read in your website and add colleagues in the app, at your own pace.
What does BeepSweep cost?
Enterprise is the AI receptionist for your business: €99 a month with 200 calls, plus €15 and 25 calls per extra colleague. It answers your company number, handles questions from your own website, puts appointments in the calendar and transfers to the right colleague. If you work alone, there is Solo for €25 a month. For multiple locations or integrations there is Custom. No plan charges per call.
What happens with spam and sales calls?
They come in as a message like any other call, with a summary, so you can see at a glance whether it's worth your time.
